The 'Women on Board' mentorship program by IMOGENder pairs female students from the International Maritime Law Institute (IMLI) and/or the World Maritime University (WMU) with experienced mentors. These mentors, who are members of IMOGENder, professionals from Member States, affiliated NGOs, organizations, and individuals with extensive knowledge of the International Maritime Organization, assist mentees in identifying necessary tools, offering guidance, advice, and support to help them reach their full potential and enhance their professional growth.
